COURSE TITLE
Implementing hazardous materials control system within ship operation and constuction process in accordance with imo and port states’ requirements
BENEFIT OF TRAINEE:
To understand the technical background of hazardous materials control implementation system as set up by both IMO 2009 Hong Kong Convention and EU 1257/2013 Ship Recycling Regulation.
Familiarization of the inspection and testing knowledge of hazardous materials. Being fully aware of the existence risk of these hazardous materials within marine supply chain.
Being competent to verify, audit and certify the Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) as submitted by the specialists.
